This is so awesome, Jen! I'm so proud of you and what a huge accomplishment because menopause weight gain is a real b*tch. I think when you said "I felt off" is the most important thing here. It's not about being a certain jean size or a specific number on a scale. It's about feeling like yourself. When we carry extra weight, it feels strange. And when we feel off in our bodies, nothing else seems to feel right either. The most impressive thing is 6% body fat loss. Boom! You are a machine, my friend. xoxo
Jen, Jen, Jen. You are such a light in this world! As I hung off of every word you wrote, freedom and peace are words that came to mind. I am SO happy for you and thank you for sharing!
"Not depressed but definitely dimmed" WOE That's it! You took the words from my brain and put them into the universe. Dimmed is definitely how I've felt for a while!
I love your shares and voice. I just had to share this with a friend who is NOW going through much of what you went through. Thank you! xo
Thank you, Teresa!!!! ❤️
I am intrigued!!
Oh my gosh it was FAR easier than I thought it would be. As always, I needed someone on the outside to help me out.

I feel like that’s so much of motherhood too- like we have to mute ourselves. But then how do we unmute?
